1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Lumecoder (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description and Positioning

Lumecoder provides a developer-oriented interface for calling AI coding capabilities. Our platform integrates multiple upstream API providers and offers a high‑availability mirror access. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic/Claude or any other model providers. All model names are for identification only.

3. Account, Security and Compliance

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.
  • You must comply with applicable laws and the upstream provider usage policies (e.g. acceptable use, export control).

4. Acceptable Use

Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to:

  • Illegal content or activities, privacy infringement, malware.
  • Automated scraping or stress‑testing that disrupts platform stability.
  • Attempting to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or paywall mechanisms.

5. Data and Logs

We minimize data collection necessary for billing, security and abuse prevention. We may store request metadata (timestamps, status, cost metrics) but never sell personal data. When calling upstream AI services, we transmit anonymized user identifiers to comply with provider policies, but these cannot be linked back to your personal information. 6. Intellectual Property

The Service’s UI, documentation and code are owned by Lumecoder. You retain rights to your own prompts and outputs, subject to the upstream provider terms.

7. Service Changes and Suspension

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend an account for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms or upstream policies.

8. User Responsibility and Content Disclaimer

You are solely responsible for all content generated through the Service.You must not use the Service to generate content that violates laws, infringes rights, or violates upstream provider policies. You agree to:

  • Not generate illegal, harmful, or violating content
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Cooperate with investigations if violations occur
  • Indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for AI-generated content accuracy or consequences of your use. We may suspend accounts and cooperate with authorities for violations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place of operation of the Service. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in that jurisdiction.
